Load planning for carriers who run five trucks

Row 01 · Your loads

Request a walkthrough

See it on your own loads.

Tell us how many units you run and how you plan today. If the fit is right, we ask for one ordinary week, put it on a board, and walk your dispatcher through it over a screen share. You judge the software on freight you recognize.

Row 02 · The form

Send the desk a note

Four short fields and a message

Waiting
As it reads on the door. Optional.
Home days broken, sheets out of date, two dispatchers on one board — whatever it is. A few lines is plenty.

What happens after you send it

The message lands in [email protected], the one mailbox this business has. A person reads it during desk hours, Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 Central Time, and writes back. There is no robot on this address and no ticket number.

If the fit looks right, the reply asks for one ordinary week from your office: the loads with their stops and windows, the units, and the drivers with their home days. Any format your office already has is fine — a photo of the whiteboard has been enough before now. We put that week on a board and send back a time for a screen share.

If the fit is wrong — you run more than twenty units, you are a shipper or a broker, or you need freight found rather than planned — the reply says so plainly and does not waste your week.

Where we are

Springfield, Missouri. Walkthroughs run over a screen share, so a carrier in Joplin, Rolla, Tulsa, Little Rock, Wichita or Kansas City gets the same session as one down the road, and so does a small carrier anywhere else who can join a call.

Send nothing you would not put in an email. No rate confirmations, no customer contracts, no driver records. Loads with stops and days are all the board needs to be built.
